Is this physical therapy?

No. I'm a movement restoration coach focused on movement quality and progressive strength. I'm a great fit for common, non urgent aches and recurring discomfort (back, knees, hips, shoulders) for people transitioning out of physical therapy. If you have a recent injury, severe pain, numbness/tingling, loss of strength, or symptoms that are getting worse, ill recommend you see a physical therapist or medical provider first.

Do I offer a free session?

Yes new clients can start with a free hour assessment to see how I can be of most value

Do I need to be out of pain to start?

No. We train around symptoms and build tolerance gradually, so you can get stronger with a plan that reduces flare ups and moves you toward pain-free training.

How do pricing and packages work?

Pricing depends on session frequency and the level of support you want. After a quick call, I'll recommend the best option based on your goals.

Do you work with beginners, intermediate, and/or advanced clients

Yes! Programs are built around your current capacity. Beginners get a clear, safe foundation; intermediate clients build consistency and address weak links; advanced clients refine technique, manage symptoms, and progress strength without unnecessary flare ups.

What happens in the first assessment?

We'll talk through your history, goals, and what tends to trigger symptoms. Then well do a movement screen and baseline strength checks so I can identify what to train, what to modify, and where to start.
